Oil prices mixed in Asia Friday on China, Ukraine woes


SINGAPORE: Oil prices were mixed in Asian trade Friday as investors digest the implications of weaker economic data from China and keep an eye on a controversial referendum in Crimea on joining Russia.

"The China data and the talks about the Ukraine referendum would be the prime events affecting oil today," Desmond Chua, market strategist at CMC markets in Singapore told AFP.
