PETALING JAYA: Minority shareholders of Amcorp Properties Bhd raised questions on the possibility of the company paying out dividends with the proceeds from the disposal of its stake in Kesas Holdings Bhd to Gamuda Bhd
for cash of RM280mil.
A company official declined to elaborate on the response from the board on the issue of dividends stating that the utilisation of the proceeds were all stated in the circular to shareholders.
