KUALA LUMPUR: The preliminary engineering study on the proposed Singapore-Kuala Lumpur high-speed rail link has been completed, Bloomberg reported.
The news wire quoted Singapore's Transport Minister Lui Tuck Yew as saying on Tuesday both countries were working to finalise the alignment and the location of the station in Johor.
