PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Aica Bhd (Maica) has appointed executive director Datuk Ter Leong Yap as its executive chairman with immediate effect.
Ter replaces former Maica chairman and director Lim Jian Hoo, who has resigned to pursue personal interests, the company told Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
