is buying 41 vacant lots in Shah Alam for RM28.98mil from Melati Ehsan Holdings Bhd’s unit Bayu Melati Sdn Bhd to build bungalows.
Kimlun said it had signed an agreement of sale with Bayu Melati to buy 41 parcels of 99-year leasehold lots.
