KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's blue chips were slightly lower at midday on Tuesday, weigh down by some fund selling of KL Kepong, Maybank and Tenaga while trading sentiment weakened on profit taking.
At 12.30pm, the FBM KLCI was down 0.66 of a point to 1,828.02. Turnover was 1.94 billion shares valued at RM1.11bil. Decliners beat gainers more than to one, with 530 losers and 228 gainers.
