PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Airport Holdings Bhd (MAHB) claims that the special airport incentives it gave to AirAsia Bhd over the past 10 years have contributed to the low-cost airline’s rapid growth and success.

It also said the low-cost airline had received the most incentives over the period, despite not being the biggest contributor to the airports operator’s revenue or passenger traffic.
