Axiata's XL get nod to buy Axis Telekom stake

Axiata said on Thursday XL had received the approval for the acquisition and to merge XL with Axis at the EGM on Wednesday.

It said the buy-back price was fixed at 5,280 rupiah (RM1.459) a share, which was higher than the average market price and fair price determined by an appraiser.
