Boustead Naval Shipyard awards RM26.6m hangar, vessel job to subsidiary

KUALA LUMPUR: Boustead Naval Shipyard Sdn Bhd has awarded a RM26.59mil contract to Boustead Atlas Hall Sdn Bhd for the construction of a hangar and consolidation of two vessels.

The parent company, Boustead Holdings Bhd said both companies are its subsidiaries. It owns 68.85% of Boustead Naval Shipyard, which had issued a letter of award to Boustead Atlas Hall, in which it owns an indirect 51% stake.
