MRCB sells 30% stake in DUKE to Ekovest for RM228m cash


KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd (MRCB) is selling its 30% stake in an expressway concessionaire to Ekovest Bhd for RM228mil cash.

MRCB said on Wednesday it was disposing of its 30% stake in Nuzen Corporation Sdn Bhd, RM58.5mil preference shares and RM54mil junior bonds in Konsortium Lebuhraya Utara-Timur (KL) Sdn Bhd (Kesturi).
