KUALA LUMPUR: AmBank Bhd has cautioned the public not to reveal their personal and confidential information to any third party, as phone-related scams are on the rise lately.
Retail banking managing director Paul Lewis said AmBank does not initiate phone calls to solicit personal financial information and it is not the bank’s policy to ask for personal financial information over the phone.
