KUALA LUMPUR: KBB Resources Bhd rights issue of up to 120 million shares were oversubscribed by 27.26% or 32,712,266 shares, according to a statement on Friday.
The vermicelli manufacturer said it received applications for 152,712,266 rights shares worth RM27.49mil for 120,000,000 rights shares priced at 18 sen a, together with 120,000,000 free warrants.
