Ekovest confirms it’s in talks to buy Duke stake


KUALA LUMPUR: Ekovest Bhd has confirmed that it is in discussions with Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) to explore the potential acquisition of a remaining 30% of a highway concession, corroborating StarBiz reports.

“We wish to clarify that the company is in discussions with MRCB to explore the potential acquisition of the remaining 30% interest in Konsortium Lebuhraya Utara-Timur (KL) Sdn Bhd, the concession holder of the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (Duke),” Ekovest told Bursa Malaysia.
