MRCB sells Duke stake, Ekovest buys highway concession for RM230mil

PETALING JAYA: Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) is divesting its 30% stake in the concessionaire of Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (Duke) to Ekovest Bhd for RM230mil in a cash deal, sources said.

The deal is expected to be completed by the end of this month. Sources said MRCB held its board meeting yesterday and approved the sale of Duke.
