Guocoland Q2 earnings down 18.9% to RM12.26mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Guocoland (Malaysia) Bhd’s earnings fell 18.9% to RM12.26mil in the second quarter ended Dec 31, 2013 from RM15.13mil a year ago due to lower contribution from its associates.

It said on Tuesday that in the previous year, it benefited from a share in the revaluation gain of RM7.70mil which its associate had carried out on its investment properties portfolio.
