Perbadanan Nasional ceases to be Bio Osmo substantial shareholder

KUALA LUMPUR: Perbadanan Nasional Bhd (PNS) has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of Bio Osmo Bhd after it sold 41.56 million shares on Jan 10.

A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed the substantial shareholder after selling a 9.12% stake. This was based on its paid-up of 455.36 million shares.

PNS is an agency owned by the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOF Inc.) with the mandate to lead the development of Malaysia's franchise industry

A recent filing also showed Sure Talent Holdings Ltd had also ceased to be a substantial shareholder after it sold 7.14 million shares.

The company had disposed of the shares in the market and via a direct business transaction between Dec 30, 2013 and Jan 13, 2014.
