KUALA LUMPUR: Shares of Perak Corporation rose in early Tuesday trade after its major shareholder Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak (PKNP) intends to privatise it.
At 9.28am, it was up 16 sen to RM3.65, which was 25 sen below the repayment price of RM3.90 under the privatisation exercise. There were 2.30 million shares done.
