PETALING JAYA: Total vehicle sales in 2013 has hit an all-time high of more than 652,000 units, surpassing the Malaysian Automotive Association’s (MAA) forecast of 640,000 units.
“As of Dec 31, the total industry volume (TIV) for 2013 was 652,120 units, which is a new high for Malaysia,” said Malaysia Automotive Institute (MAI) chief executive officer Madani Sahari.
