WHAT does an insurance company do? Is it all about underwriting insurance policies or disbursing claims? Great Eastern Life Assurance (M) Bhd director and chief executive officer Datuk Koh Yaw Hui says it is more than that − the insurance company also rewards customers for staying healthy.
