Audit disclaimer opinion on Cybertowers

PETALING JAYA: External auditors for Cybertowers Bhd have expressed an audit disclaimer opinion on the company’s latest audited financial statements for the financial year ended Aug 31, 2013.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Cybertowers, a PN17 firm which is involved in automatic vehicle location, check point monitoring and intruder mobile alert said the auditors had not been able to obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidences to provide a basis for an audit opinion. “Accordingly, we do not express an opinion on the financial statements,” said Messrs.
