Highway concessionaire PLSA’s long-term outlook revised to negative: RAM Ratings

KUALA LUMPUR: The outlook on the long-term ratings for Projek Lintasan Shah Alam’s (PLSA), concessionaire for the 14.7km Lebuhraya Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway, has been revised to negative from stable, RAM Ratings announced.

The ratings agency said the revision reflected the highway operator’s weakened longer-term cash-generating capacity owing to the slow pace of property launches at the Alam Impian township.
