PETALING JAYA: Manjung, Perak-based YNH Property Bhd is banking on the change in the components of its stalled project along Jalan Sultan Ismail opposite Concorde Hotel in Kuala Lumpur to ensure the project’s viability.
A company official told StarBiz that the project would benefit from being changed to a mixed development from the earlier plan to develop an office tower, as there was a glut in office space in the Klang Valley.
