PETALING JAYA: THP Sinar Sdn Bhd has entered into a joint-venture agreement with OCS group UK Ltd to set up THPS-OCS Service Ltd to provide property and facilities management services to Malaysian owned or controlled properties in the United Kingdom.
THP Sinar is a joint venture between TH Properties Group and facilities management provider Sinar Jernih Sdn Bhd. TH properties is the property arm of Lembaga Tabung Haji (LTH).
