KNM secures RM985mil loan for Borsig purchase


PETALING JAYA: KNM Group Bhd has secured a 220-million-euro (RM985mil) loan from UniCredit Bank AG, UniCredit Luxembourg S.A. and other participating European financial institutions to facilitate its Borsig Group acquisition.

KNM told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that it had entered into and executed a facility agreement with UniCredit Bank (as the arranger), UniCredit Luxembourg (as the agent) and other financial institutions via its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Deutsche KNM GmbH and Borsig GmbH.
