Amcorp accepts Gamuda offer, details after Kesas stake buyout is sealed


PETALING JAYA: Amcorp Properties Bhd is the only party that has accepted Gamuda Bhd’s RM875mil bid to buy out other shareholders in highway concession company Kesas Holdings Bhd which lapsed yesterday.

Amcorp owns a 20% stake in the highway concession while Selangor State Development Corp has a 30% stake and Permodalan Nasional Bhd holds a 20% stake.
