Khairussaleh is RHB's new CEO

KUALA LUMPUR: RHB Bank Bhd has appointed Datuk Khairussaleh Ramli as its new managing director, as well as the new deputy group managing director of the RHB Banking Group effective last Friday.

Prior to joining RHB, Khairussaleh was was heading Maybank’s Indonesian unit.

Khairussaleh has more than 20 years experience in the financial services and was awarded as “Best Chief Financial Officer in Malaysia” in 2010 and 2011 by Finance Asia.

He also led the business transformation of one of the top ten banks in Indonesia prior to joining the RHB Banking Group.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University and is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.

“With Khairussaleh at the helm, RHB Bank is now poised to take on the challenge of realising the group’s ambitions to be a Leading Multinational Financial Services Group in ASEAN“, said RHB Banking Group managing director Kelle Kam.
