WHILE people flock to holiday destinations for some R&R, a new development could offer a resort and holiday experience every day without having to travel anywhere.
Aspen @ Garden Residence, by the Mah Sing Group is a multi-generation home development within a secured resort environment in the heart of Cyberjaya.
Built and completed on 16.06 acres of land with a gross develop-ment value of RM266mil, the developer said that this was the ultimate resort-like residential area for bigger families.
With a take-up rate of 70%, the standard units comprise bungalows, each occupying a land size of 5,400 sq ft.
The houses are located atop a hill that’s adjacent to a 50 acre forest reserve providing picturesque views of untouched greenery and landscapes.
The amenities include an exclusive resident-only central park, gazebos and playground; features which provide ample space for activities and physical exercise.
The other facilities are the clubhouse which has an indoor café, swimming pool, pool deck, barbecue area, gymnasium, badminton and futsal court, multipurpose hall and other soon-to-be occupied spaces such as day care, laundry and convenience store retailers.
Security is also provided with a secured perimeter fencing to create a permanent protective border. Each house is equipped with an alarm and intercom system that’s linked to the guard house together with an uninterrupted power supply for the entire security system.
Each home has an en-suite bathroom and a private elevator, which makes for convenient access between floors for the elderly and disabled as well as privacy for all residents.
The “leisure floor” has both an entertainment room, a rooftop jacuzzi and garden.
With this new development and more to come, Mah Sing aims to achieve an additional 20% growth for next year on its sales target of RM3bil for 2013. This will bring its 2014 sales target to RM3.6bil.
To realise this, the developer has lined up a host of previews and launches in all the regions where they are currently active in — Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Penang and Sabah.
