Benalec signs settlement pact


PETALING JAYA: Benalec Holdings Bhd’s board has signed a heads of agreement between the company, Datuk Leaw Tua Choon, Datuk Leaw Ah Chye and Leaw Yongene to settle all legal suits, grievances, disputes and claims between them.

Its announcement to Bursa Malaysia said the parties intended to immediately enter into further negotiations to finalise the detailed terms of a full and final global settlement of all disputes between them, and execute the final settlement agreement within a month from the date of the HoA.
