KUALA LUMPUR: Silverland Capital Sdn Bhd is collaborating with Metier Pty Ltd for its proposed property project in the Kinta Valley, Perak where the initial phase will cost RM250mil.
The companies said in a joint statement on Tuesday the project, Silverlake Brand Village, would be developed by Silverland Capital.
