Sreesanthan fails to have charges struck out by High Court

Sreesanthan had pleaded not guilty to seven counts of insider trading.

Justice Kamardin Hashim ruled all three applications to have sections of the Securities Commission Act (SCA) 1993 and the Criminal Procedure Code (CPC) declared unconstitutional lacked merit.
