Pestech bags RM53.7mil contract for Samalaju plant


KUALA LUMPUR: Pestech Bhd has secured a US$16.60mil (RM53.7mil) contract to build an integrated power distribution system including substations for the Samalaju smelter in Sarawak.

Pestech said on Thursday its unit had signed the contract with Metix Malaysia Sdn Bhd for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning of the 132/33/11 kV integrated power distribution system including substations for Sakura Ferroalloys Sdn Bhd.
