KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s blue chips fell in early Tuesday trade on some mild profit taking of key bank stocks and Petronas Chemicals dragging the FBM KLCI further away from the 1,800 level.
At 9.06am, the KLCI was down 1.03 points to 1,796.94. Turnover was 114.85 million shares valued at RM40.60mil. There were 107 gainers, 86 losers and 134 counters unchanged.
