KUALA LUMPUR: Positive news from the US Fed and the firmer regional markets led the FBM KLCI to end Friday’s morning session higher, supported by plantation and bank stocks.
At 12.30pm, the KLCI was up 4.32 points to 1,788.52. Turnover was 745.83 million valued at RM644.34mil. However, the broader market was weaker with 337 decliners, 310 gainers and 323 counters unchanged.
