FRANKFURT/PARIS: Growth in Europe's biggest economy, Germany, slowed to 0.3% in Q3 on sluggish exports, while its second biggest economy, France, contracted 0.1% from weakened export and lagging business investment.
Germany’s GDP expanded by 0.3% in the period from July to September, slower than the 0.7% recorded in the preceding three months, the federal statistics office Destatis said in a statement.
