KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) has been awarded an iconic project to install an overhead transmission line in the Straits of Malacca.
The RM32.5mil project, the first ever to install an overhead transmission line over a stretch of sea in Malaysia, was awarded to MRCB’s subsidiary under its Construction & Engineering Division, Transmission Technology Sdn Bhd, with its joint venture partner, Ketara Teknik Sdn Bhd, the company said in a statement.
