MY EG, Cradle Fund plan RM60m Cradle Seed Ventures fund

KUALA LUMPUR: Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd is teaming up with My E.G. Services Bhd to invest in a fund to provide venture capital to early stage start-ups.

The companies signed an MoU on Wednesday where Cradle Fund would invest RM40mil and My EG RM20mil to set up Cradle Seed Ventures Fund 1.

The company to manage the venture fund is expected to be ready by late December this year or January next year.
