Penang-based Ewein plans rights issue

PETALING JAYA: Penang-based metal fabricator Ewein Bhd has proposed a rights issue and a bonus issue to raise gross proceeds of up to RM39.55mil to be used as working capital for its day-to-day operation.

It would undertake a renounceable rights issue of up to 79.096 million new ordinary shares of 50 sen each on the basis of one rights share for every two existing shares.
