KUALA LUMPUR: Bright Packaging Industry Bhd
plans to RM47.61mil from a proposed renounceable rights issue of 86.56 million new shares and 57.71 million free warrants.
It said on Monday the rights issue would be on the basis of two rights shares for every one existing share held, together with 57.71 warrants on the basis of two warrants for every three rights shares subscribed.
