Felda co-op is major shareholder in Brahim’s Holdings

KUALA LUMPUR: Koperasi Permodalan Felda Malaysia Bhd has emerged substantial shareholder in Brahim’s Holdings Bhd with a 5.2% stake.

A filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday showed the cooperative acquired the 10.74 million shares for RM1.45 each via a private placement on Sept 27. Brahim’s core business is the provision of in-flight catering and restaurant operations. Its subsidiary has a concession with Malaysia Airlines provide the in-flight catering and related services.
