Mah Sing buy falls through


PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd’s conditional agreement for the acquisition of Meridin@Senibong has fallen through as one of the conditions was not met.

In a statement, the property developer said it had on May 28 signed an agreement to acquire Meridin@Senibong in Iskandar Malaysia subject to two conditions: shareholders’ approval and written consent from the developer(s) or landowner(s) of land neighbouring Meridin@Senibong.
