, a unit of UEM Group Bhd, expects its projects in the southern region to contribute up to 65% to group revenue by next year.
The central region will account for 30% while 5% will come from others. UEM Sunrise is one of the master developers of Nusajaya, the country’s foremost economic corridor in the southern region.
