MNC Wireless gets EGM request to remove 5 directors


PETALING JAYA: MNC Wireless Bhd’s board of directors has received a requisition to convene an EGM from shareholders Ho Jo Hun and Yap Sheau Chiann to remove five directors of the company.

The ACE Market-listed mobile applications developer told Bursa Malaysia that the two shareholders, who said they collectively held 10.13% in MNC Wireless, sought to remove Yeoh Eng Kong, Choo Wai Kit@Kevin Choo, Gerald Nicholas Tan Eng Hoe, Lionel Koh Kok Peng and Lee Kam Chun. No reason was given.
