PETALING JAYA: Farlim Group (M) Bhd is selling three parcels of land in Penang for RM112.5mil to an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of 1Malaysia Development Bhd.
The company, in a filing, said it has entered into an agreement with 1MDB RE (Ayer Itam) Sdn Bhd to dispose of the land totaling 47.3ha in the township along Jalan Air Itam and Jalan Paya Terubong, the main thoroughfares leading to the Kek Lok Si Buddhist Temple as well as the Penang Hill (Bukit Bendera) funicular railway station.
