THE immediate impact of the US tapering off bond purchases, commonly referred to as quantitative easing (QE), has dented overall market confidence but the impact on property market is “negligible”, says Jones Lang LaSalle head of residential project sales David Neubronner.
Neubronner, who is based in Singapore, says global uncertainties like changes to US monetary policies and the Syrian crisis (generally) undermined overall confidence.
