PETALING JAYA: The increasing price of medical suites is said to be the leading push factor in the uptrend of medical costs in select hospitals.
Industry sources said that prices in this unique real-estate play had soared from RM1,000 per sq ft slightly more than a decade ago to RM5,000 per sq ft at present, a five-fold jump.
