TM not bidding for P1 stake


PETALING JAYA: Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) has clarified that it has not announced any interest to bid for a stake in WiMAX operator Packet One Networks Sdn Bhd (P1), or seek any approval to do so.

In a statement responding to StarBiz’s recent report that TM was one of the three parties vying for a stake in P1, the national telecommunications services provider said it was unable to comment on market speculation.
