THHE in joint venture with Coral Intoil

PETALING JAYA: TH Heavy Engineering Bhd, a provider of offshore oil and gas services, yesterday entered into a joint venture agreement with Coral Intoil Sdn Bhd (CISB) to carry out hook-up and commissioning projects.

TH Heavy said in a filing that the partnership would subscribe shares in the joint-venture company, THHE Offshore Services Sdn Bhd, which in turn, would carry out the hook-up and commissioning works.
