PETALING JAYA: Maxis Bhd is offering some employees a "career transition scheme" by either realigning employees with skill sets to its business or leave the company.

There is market talk that letters would be out this Friday and that about 500 employees would be affected. However, some form of compensation might be worked out for those who opt to leave.
