Kumpulan Euro sees 13m shares traded off-market


KUALA LUMPUR: Construction-based Kumpulan Europlus Bhd, which was in the news recently over a corporate exercise with IJM Corp Bhd, saw 13 million shares transacted off-market valued at RM17.68mil.

Stock market on Friday showed the shares, which accounted for a 2.26% stake, based on the paid-up of 573 million shares, were transacted at RM1.36 each.
