SC inks MoUs with EU securities regulators

KUALA LUMPUR: The Securities Commission (SC) has entered into memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with European Union (EU) securities regulators to cooperate on the supervision of cross-border offerings of alternative investment funds.

The SC said on Tuesday the arrangement was a requirement under the EU Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive.
